Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the Spin Casino Ontario website at spincasino.ca and all related software and services, operated by Cadtree Limited (2031), a Guernsey-registered company with registered address at La Corvee House, La Corvee Alderney, GY9 3TQ. Cadtree Limited is licensed and regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) under License No. OPIG1237906 (issued 23 June 2022) and operates under the terms of the iGaming Ontario (iGO) Operator Agreement. This Agreement was last updated on 12 February 2026 (Version 1.5).
1. Definitions
"Account" means the unique account issued to a player by Cadtree Limited upon registration. "Agreement" means these Rules, Terms and Conditions. "Casino Group" means Cadtree Limited and its subsidiaries, affiliates, sibling, parent, and ultimate parent entities. "Casino Websites" means spincasino.ca, rubyfortune.ca, jackpotcity.ca, royalvegas.ca, and all other online casinos proprietary to Cadtree Limited. "Inactive Account" means an account with no login for six or more consecutive months. "Player" means any registered real player, guest player, inactive player, or closed account player. "Services" means the availability and provision of software and games accessible through the Casino Websites. "Software" means any software owned by or licensed to Cadtree Limited, including mobile applications. "Your Jurisdiction" means the jurisdiction in which the player is domiciled, resides, or works.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an Account on any Casino Website, the player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement. If a player does not agree with any provision, they must immediately cease use of the Services, remove the Software from their device, and close their Account by contacting Player Services. Continued use of the Services after any published amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Casino Website.
3. Eligibility
- Players must be a minimum of 19 years of age to register an Account or use the Services.
- Players must be physically located in Ontario at the time of registration and at each subsequent login. Geolocation technology is used to verify physical location.
- Only one Account is permitted per person, household address, email address, telephone number, debit/credit card, and shared computer environment.
- Players who have self-excluded from any iGaming Ontario-registered platform are not eligible to register.
- Ineligible individuals include: players under 19 years of age; players under court order restricting online gambling access; players subject to a written direction from the AGCO Registrar prohibiting Casino Website access; officers, directors, or employees of Cadtree Limited; employees of registered third-party game suppliers; members or employees of AGCO; officers, directors, or employees of OLG or iGaming Ontario.
4. Account Registration
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Cadtree Limited may request government-issued photo ID, proof of Ontario address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time, including at registration and before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension or termination. Players must keep their registration details current by contacting Player Services when personal information changes. Usernames must not be obscene or offensive. Each player is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their username and password and must notify Cadtree Limited immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is available in Account security settings and is recommended.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Cadtree Limited accepts deposits via Interac Online, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Paysafecard. The minimum deposit is C$10. All deposits reflect in the player's account instantly upon successful transaction. Cadtree Limited reserves the right to pay all winnings in Canadian Dollars (C$). Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the original deposit up to the deposited amount. KYC verification — including government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within six months, and proof of payment method ownership — must be completed before the first withdrawal is released. Withdrawals enter a rolling 24-hour compliance review period from submission; funds are accessible during this period and can be reversed by the player. Withdrawals are not processed over weekends. Bank wire withdrawals are payable only to the name registered on the Spin Casino Account. Cadtree Limited reserves the right to conduct game play reviews and request additional source-of-funds documentation before releasing withdrawal amounts.
5a. Bonuses and Wagering Requirements
All promotions, bonuses, and special offers are limited to one per person, household, email address, telephone number, payment method, and shared device environment. Welcome Free Spins bonuses carry zero wagering requirements on winnings. Other bonus types may be subject to wagering requirements of up to 35x the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable cash. Game contribution percentages toward bonus wagering requirements are: 100% — all slots, Must Win Jackpots, Keno, Scratch Cards (re-spin slot games count 10%); 8% — table poker, roulette, video poker (excluding All Aces and Jacks or Better), blackjack (excluding Classic Blackjack), and Casino War; 2% — Classic Blackjack, All Aces video poker, Jacks or Better video poker; 0% — all baccarat, all craps, Red Dog, Sic Bo. The maximum bet during active bonus play-through is C$8 per round and C$0.50 per line. Unused casino bonuses and associated loyalty points expire six months from the date of issue. Irregular play patterns — including hedge betting, zero-margin betting, and single bets of 30% or more of the credited bonus amount — may result in forfeiture of bonus winnings.
5b. Responsible Gaming
Cadtree Limited promotes responsible gaming by providing deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, self-assessment tools, temporary self-exclusion ("Take a Break"), and permanent self-exclusion (minimum six months) within the player account dashboard. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed or shortened once activated. Players seeking immediate account suspension should contact Player Services via live chat. 6. Prohibited Conduct
- Using bots, automated software, artificial intelligence, or any tool that performs actions on behalf of a player without the player's real-time input.
- Colluding with other players, sharing hand information, or using tools that reveal other players' information without consent.
- Engaging in money laundering — depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal activities.
- Charging back deposits, disputing legitimate transactions, or otherwise reversing payment after wagering.
- Opening more than one Account per person or household.
- Using the Services if physically located outside Ontario.
- Allowing third parties, including family members, to access or use a personal Casino Account.
- Using the Services for professional gambling syndicate purposes or in concert with a group of players.
- Using abusive, offensive, or threatening language in any customer support channel.
- Circumventing geolocation detection using VPNs, proxy servers, or virtualisation software.
7. Intellectual Property
All copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Casino Websites and Software remain vested in Cadtree Limited or its licensors at all times. Players are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement. Players must not copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Casino Website material or content.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cadtree Limited is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: platform downtime, server disruptions, telecommunications failures, internet connection interruptions, third-party payment service provider delays, or acts beyond Cadtree Limited's reasonable control. Players participate in the Services at their sole option, discretion, and risk. In no circumstances shall Cadtree Limited be liable to any player in contract, tort, or negligence for any direct or indirect loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or notified in advance. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Cadtree Limited's negligence.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Superior Courts of Ontario. Formal complaints must be submitted by email to [email protected] within six months of the relevant incident. Complaints not resolved through internal review may be escalated to eCOGRA at ecogra.org (Spin Casino's approved Alternative Dispute Resolution provider) using a Dispute Reference Number issued at the conclusion of the internal process.
